AD1 Global is a growing and successful hotel management company that is currently looking for a Property Manager for their Dania Beach property, Tru by Hilton.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing excellent guest service
• Assisting General Manager obtain profit contribution by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives
• Ensuring compliance of all brand and company standards
• Leading, coaching, mentoring, inspiring and building the right team
• Developing an operational budget and monitoring cost controls
• Reviewing financial statements
• Maintaining accountability for each department
• Resolving guest and employee concerns
• Completing daily audits and monthly paperwork

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.

OR

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
