Responsible for the timely completion of own work following a set of defined processes. Responsibilities: With direct guidance, completes administrative activities, such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondences and production services. Using established protocols, fields and triages customer questions and complaints related to the provided service(s), escalating as necessary. Creates documentation for dissemination to on-site service providers related to operating policies, procedures, etc. Maintains records related to service delivery activities or vendor information. May support management's analysis of proposals, quotations, and vendor submissions. Qualifications: Required: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Please note: The incumbent will be required to be onsite five days a week.
