We invite you to explore the opportunity to join us and grow your career with us. Role Summary Assists with the coordination of the implementation and monitoring of human resource programs. Supports team's delivery of analytics and reporting, including resource planning. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of own work, reviewing with more senior colleagues as needed. Escalates questions or issues as necessary. Responsibilities: As directed, collects data required for the completion of HR advisory reporting activities, historical analyses, or long-term forecasts. May perform basic analyses to support program development. Performs basic reviews/inspections of compiled data/information to ensure compliance with standards in place. Leads the gathering of information and compilation of employee feedback to assist more senior staff, professionals, and management in identifying trends and areas of opportunity within HR programs. Contributes to the development of communication materials to support associate education and engagement in HR programs. May independently develop first drafts of basic materials/collateral for senior colleague review. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 3 years of total relevant work experience FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported in this role.
