The role of Implementation Coordinator will be the primary liaison between Troodon and the client during the implementation phase and is ultimately accountable for the successful delivery of the product and services included in the client's contract.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the team through the planning process and use effective project approaches with the goal of meeting business and IT objectives.
• Define project scope and objectives.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables.
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
• Ensure effective, timely, and consistent communication with internal staff and clients at all levels of the organization.
• Build, develop, and grow any business knowledge and business relationships.
• Works with third-party project managers to coordinate an effective process for the overall delivery of the result.
• Improve the planning and delivery process by collecting and maintaining data in a consistent form.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• 1-3 years' experience in a role that had data analyst and/or project management exposure
• Strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage projects and multiple priorities
• Keen attention to detail
