Position Summary 

TriVista Recruiters lead the recruitment, screening, and interviewing of potential TriVista employees. They execute strategies to identify, qualify, and present candidates for highly specialized positions.

Our people are our strategic differentiator. This role will be impactful in identifying extraordinary talent and will help shape our team of the future. A successful corporate recruiter has experience recruiting candidates from large corporations and professional service environments. 

TriVista’s Recruiters represent the image and credibility of the firm. Their roles require regular interface with all levels of a professional service organization.

Responsibilities 

Recruitment Process 

  • Assist in the entire recruitment process for internal roles including sourcing, screening candidates, and coordinating the interview process ensuring the best possible candidate fit 
  • Partner with firm leadership to evaluate, streamline, and optimize current hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, career fairs, and other hiring events 
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and talent profiles 
  • Research and develop candidate leads 
  • Source passive candidates from a variety of platforms 
  • Conduct confidential interviews and professional references
  • Prepare search status reports 
  • Assist in regular update meetings 
  • Follow up with hiring managers and candidates during transition and onboarding 
  • Contribute to the improvement of recruitment methodology by developing and refining processes and serve as a thought partner to colleagues 

Candidate Experience 

  • Create and ensure an outstanding, efficient, and positive candidate experience regardless of outcomes 
  • Track the candidate experience, identify bottlenecks, and make recommendations to continually improve the company’s recruitment process and candidate experience 
  • Build strong rapport with candidates through high-touch responsiveness 
  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through completion 

Research & Understanding 

  • Uncover the needs of hiring managers, build a clear profile and job description, execute a sourcing plan, and deliver the talent needed to help organization thrive 
  • Align candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful 
  • Research company, competitors, and marketplace

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting professional level candidates 
  • Intermediate user of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Experienced user of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and cold calling techniques 
  • Understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes 
  • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods 
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases 
  • Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods 
  • Customer service orientation and relationship building skills 
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills 
  • Integrity and confidentiality 
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong time-management skills 
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills 
  • Accurate and detail oriented 
  • Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities 

Education 

  • 4-year degree in Business or related field and/or combination of required education and experience
