Our client is professional hair manufacture and our goal is to bring innovations in hair color & hair care products.

SUMMARY
This position contacts, manages and works closely with our distributors, OTC (Over-The-Counter) stores and consumers in order to present, promote, and sell our products. This position also plans and conducts store demos and introduction of our new products to customers.Complete tasks assigned by sales manager accurately and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact, manage and work closely with our distributors.
• Present, promote, and sell our products.
• Visit, manage, and merchandise OTC stores to expand our distribution.
• Plan, manage and achieve the annual sales budget.
• Handle customer orders.
• Conduct several promotions and advertisements for our distributors, stores, and consumers.
• Present and introduce our new products to customers.
• Make a sales report to the Department Manager.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned or needed.
• Must travel out of state at least 2 times every month.
• If an event occurs on the weekend, must carry out a business trip.

OTHERS

• Follow senior members’ directions and instructions to achieve budget & objectives
• Regularly contact and visit customers & stores to manage their area and increase our sales
• Conduct several in-stores demos and promotions, following the department goals
• Track targeted budget every month, quarter and half year
• Participate and conduct a trade show/ festival with their customers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the Beauty business.
• Bilingual in Korean & English
• Intermediate level Microsoft outlook, excel, word and powerpoint
• Sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Able to attend the business trip.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
