Job Type: Part-time, Contract

MUST be available after school hours.

Salary: 20 - 35 per hour **

Payroll is on a monthly basis; the 1st of every month.

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children with autism? Triumph ABA is currently seeking a dedicated ABA Technician to join our team and provide exceptional ABA services under the guidance of a Behavioral Supervisor (BCBA).

Responsibilities:

· Must be available Monday-Friday after 3:00pm for about 2-2 1/2 hours each day,

· Deliver one-on-one in-home-based ABA therapy to children with autism.

· Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress and implement necessary adjustments.

· Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.

· Assist the BCBA in training families on the implementation of individualized treatment plans.

· Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.

· Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties.

Qualifications:

· Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

· Ability to work flexible schedules, including full-time or part-time options.

· Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with children or in a related field.

· Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA confidentiality laws.

· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
