Title: Plant Finance Manager

Role Overview: Join us at TriSource as a valuable team member and business partner. Collaborate closely with plant and financial management to oversee assigned divisions efficiently. Lead the accounting function for the plant and related facilities, ensuring excellence in general accounting, payroll, cost accounting, business analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and capital project financial analysis. Maintain regular communication with corporate financial staff.

Key Responsibilities: In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Maintain internal controls for operations, sales, finance, and accounting.
• Ensure timely financial transactions and reporting for month-end closing.
• Validate physical inventory accuracy and handle adjustments.
• Prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts for plant financial operations.
• Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist with capital expenditure financial analysis.
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Attend meetings as needed.
• Conduct plant walkthroughs with Operations or Plant Manager.
• Analyze reports on labor and material costs, overhead, distribution costs, quality control, and inventory levels.
• Assist in audits and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Understand and document various business and accounting systems.

Requirements and Skills: To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree
• MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
• 8 years of relevant experience.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
