Position Summary:

• To serve food and alcoholic beverages with the highest level of service during all shifts.
• Ensure alcohol is served responsibly and according to all laws
• Greet guests, provide menus, clearly communicates restaurant specials, answers questions about menu items, collect food and beverage orders, serves items ordered, and attend to guest's need throughout their visit
• Other duties, as assigned

Requirements

• 1 years serving or similar experience
• Banquet bartending experience is desired
• Ability to take direction, be receptive to employee inquiries, and foster a team environment
• Capacity to execute all beverages on TSEs menu
• Abide by legal standards and alcohol training guidelines for alcohol service to guests
• Work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, and holidays, weather conditions, as needed
• Must have the ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for an entire shift
• Must show up for all company-required meetings and scheduled shifts on time
• Must be a minimum of 118 years old
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. regularly
