Manager, Product Marketing 

We are looking for a consumer-centric, audience driven product marketer who thrives in a fast paced, agile environment to join our Marketing organization. The Manager will help support, execute, and test product market fit for a variety of new direct-to-consumer products in partnership with our New Ventures Team. 

Our ideal candidate has DTC and/or subscription experience and sits at the intersection of product and growth who can support A/B testing, acquisition marketing, product development, and has channel planning expertise. This role is truly 50% creative and 50% analytical as you will need to balance creative thinking from a consumer lens with a data-driven mindset to support the execution and optimization of new customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing campaigns. 

As a member of this team, you will help support strategic projects, implement testing roadmaps, work with channel leads across email, push, and product to find product market fit through ongoing testing initiatives. You will work collaboratively with a diverse group of disciplinary professionals across Product, Brand, Creative, Growth, Research, and Analytics.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Partner with our New Ventures Team, Brand, and Research team to create a target customer profile for our beta products. 

  • Support our New Ventures team on defining and executing their product roadmaps across the travel journey. 

  • Develop testing roadmaps that drive acquisition and adoption of our new product offerings through pilot to beta to launch.

  • Investigate weekly performance to understand trends and identify successes and opportunities, while also creating and delivering weekly performance reports. Maintain and evolve tracking and monitor dashboards to inform acquisition efforts. 

  • Partner with the channel leads to develop and execute acquisition campaigns and testing roadmaps, understanding the right mix of paid vs. non-paid to optimize the product lifecycle. 

  • Drive growth by examining the performance of each touchpoint across the entire consumer journey and identifying key marketing and product levers to unlock incremental improvements.

  • Lead the creative process for all campaign needs, asset requests, and creative tests.

  • Work with Research and Analytics to develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform product and marketing roadmaps, messaging, and optimizations. 

Key Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience supporting and executing audience driven product marketing campaigns both on and off-platform. 

  • Experience working in DTC and/or subscription environments. 

  • You are an audience driven marketer adept at creating compelling lifecycle marketing campaigns that deliver the right message at the right time to the right user. 

  • You are a creative problem solver, known for coming up with radical, new ideas for hitting your goals. 

  • You love digging into the data to draw out key insights to make decisions. 

  • You’re empathetic and a community builder. You are a true consumer advocate. You are naturally curious to deeply understand customers and what makes them tick. 

  • You excel in cross-functional, matrixed organizations. 

  • You have experience working with creative and brand teams to help guide creative and messaging to meet consumer needs. 

  • You are a strong communicator and project manager; able to successfully work and collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
