This position is:

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm, Friday 6:00am-11:00am/12:00pm

CNC Programmer Position Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 Year of CNC Programming Experience or education is required.
• Ability to be Self-Managed.
• Ability to stand for most of the assigned shift.
• Ability to lift at least 35lbs or more.

The following is brief job description of the Milling CNC Programmer position:

Program & Setup New Parts

• Make Fixturing
• Create Setup Sheets and Tool Lists
• Ensure proper storage of part programs, fixture programs, & cadcam files
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure accurate dimension control sheets
• Prove out new programs or program changes
• Dial in, Diagnose and Troubleshoot Issues with the Most Complex Set Ups
• First Article - Ensure Inspections are Complete, Documented and Tagged by Another Qualified Person

Update/Improve Job Processes

• Programs
• Fixturing
• Set up data

Product Identification

• Monitor quality / production requirements (get involved if either requirement is not being met)
• Tooling List /Tool changes
• Offset changes

Training Operators

• Review Production of the Day and Traveler Requirements
• Data Collection Software Requirements
• Learn and Understand Product Identification
• Basic Machine Maintenance
• Ensure that operator skill set is adequate to meet the requirements of the job
