Trinity Rehab is Hiring a Sales and Marketing Representative - Part-Time Near Newtown Square, PA
Trinity Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Sales and Marketing Representative for our Pennsylvania Region!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and establish new referral relationships via prospecting by cold calling or previous contacts
- Act as liaison between Director and referral source to grow and maintain referral relationships including:
- Establishing office-wide relationship between Sales & Marketing Rep, Director, and physician practice or business/organization
- Securing appointments for Director and Referral Source meetings
- Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for additional referrals within the relationship
- Ensuring Referral Source satisfaction with our services and patient outcomes
- Assist directors in maintaining and/or building relationships with referral sources as needed or requested by RD/AD/CD
- Identify, analyze, and report referral pattern trends per office
- Establish and execute appropriate action plan for each referral source and trend
- Assist with community marketing initiatives at the level of the facility
- Have strong command of benchmarks, goals, and stats related to sales and marketing efforts for each individual office and region
HOURS: 15-20 hours per week
PAY RATE: $25 - $35 per hour
