Position Title: Supply Chain Data Specialist

Reporting To: VP of Supply Chain

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Job Overview

As our Supply Chain Data Specialist, you will assist the VP of Supply Chain in the procurement, assessment, and management of product data for listings on websites powered by SupplyStream. As the ideal candidate, you are comfortable manipulating data in a large .csv or .xlsx file or utilizing web-based tools when necessary to manage product listings. You are also comfortable with standardizing data from disparate systems. This is a non-exempt hourly position.

Responsibilities & Duties

· Manage disparate supplier data into required data field for import into Trinity’s Product Information Management System

· Validate and complete .csv imports to add/update/remove listings

· Ensure our data remains consistent with our suppliers

· Regularly audit listings for accuracy and quality assurance

· Attend meetings and present reports on the status of your work

· Work with the VP of Supply Chain and Product Information Manager to ensure accurate and complete product data sets for import

· Must be willing to work overtime as needed

Required Minimum Qualifications, Education, & Experience

· 1 years’ experience as a Data Specialist or related field

· 1 years’ experience working with large data sets

· Moderate to expert level skill in Microsoft Excel, SQL Data base knowledge

· Proficient in acquiring, organizing, cleaning and manipulating large amounts of data

· Complete fluency in English, both orally and in writing

· Bachelors of Science in Supply Chain, Math, Data Science or related degree

· Pristine accuracy to detail

· Strong self-motivation

· Strong sense of work flexibility and adaptability

Compensation Range

$24.04 per hour – $38.46 per hour is the range for this position. The compensation range reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.
