Team Trilogy is seeking an AWS Engineer to support our customer at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) - Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA).
In this role, you will serve to automate the systems triage and handling of mail associated with Veterans benefits. The goal is to rapidly accelerate our drive to 100% unattended mail automation, for all C&P mail packets. VBA seeks to dramatically reduce mail processing times to where Veteran mail is handled the same day it is received to ensure that their claims information reaches decision-makers faster. VBA plans to achieve this goal for Disability Compensation and Pension (C&P) mail by leveraging the contractor services according to a phased automation schedule.
