As a Team Leader, you will help support your team and provide supervision, lead team meetings, scheduling as well as check in to make sure people are feeling positive.

You will be working with people in the community, traveling to different places, and helping those with Substance Abuse, Mental Health, Homelessness and other barriers to lead a better life.

Must have a) received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination and booster if due by the date of hire or b) submitted and received approval of a religious or medical exemption, prior to start date, in order to be considered.

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other closely related field
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required
• Minimum two years' experience working with people with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
• Valid Illinois driver's license with daily access to a well-maintained vehicle with $100,000/$300,000 liability insurance
• Supervisory or leadership experience highly preferred
