Summary:

The Senior Integrations Analyst is responsible for analysis business process, build maps on Boomi middleware, and troubleshooting the various connections Trident makes between our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Trading Partners and Business to Business (B2B) partners. This role will interact with internal business users, technical staff, and third-party managed service providers to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.

This hybrid position will be a combination of remote and onsite at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle, WA. Our hybrid work environment includes remote on Monday and Friday and in the Support Center on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
  • Conducts the configuration and development of integrations; plans and executes unit testing, and acceptance testing.
  • Provides expertise in planning, analysis, coordination, and onboarding of new B2B trading partners and extensions of EDI transaction sets with existing trading partners.
  • Analyzes and identifies integration impacts to existing or new processes.
  • Creates new EDI process maps and modifies existing maps as needed, including testing and troubleshooting of existing EDI process maps.
  • Documents processes, data flow, file specifications, and EDI maps.
  • Ensure AS2 certificates are maintained timely.
  • Works independently and with other specialists on design, testing, debugging, storage, access, and other troubleshooting activities.
  • Provides cross-department communication to resolve any integration-related questions and issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provides training and mentoring as needed.
  • Acquires knowledge of Trident's Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions
  • Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years' experience working in EDI systems integration or a similar role.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of EDI and experience with 8## and 9## series transaction sets.
  • Strong understanding of general ANSI X12 file formats and SAP IDOCs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Boomi AtomSphere integration platform
  • Experience with SAP IDoc integrations
  • Experience working with VAN service, such as IBM Sterling.
  • Functional knowledge of key Order to Cash and Supply Chain Logistics processes.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong analytical critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to analyze, organize, and simplify complex problems to develop practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and to self-motivate and proactive follow-through on projects.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and establish relationships with different levels of management and others of varying skill sets.
  • Understanding of project management practices and controls.
  • Experience in the seafood industry preferred.

Special Training/Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to supervisor and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

Mental Activities:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to understand English, and utilize teamwork skills. The employee is frequently required to speak English, and use decision making skills. The employee is occasionally required to use interpersonal, customer service, mentoring, problem analysis, training and supervision skills. The employee will be occasionally required to read and write English, perform basic math, use exercise independent judgment, and use discretion.

This is a Salaried - Exempt position with an annualized salary range of: $135,000 - $150,000

Employees may enroll in Trident's 401(k) plan with partial employer match, and adoption assistance. Group rates for long- and short-term disability, and supplemental life & disability insurance. Employees will also receive 3.08 hours paid vacation and 2.16 hours of paid sick time per two-week pay period and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year, along with paid parental leave. Additional benefits could include: Relocation assistance, hybrid schedule and signing bonus.
