Tribalco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work within our Americas Division team to manage and lead on-going project execution.The candidate must be aself-starterthat is highly motivated with the ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders.Must have experiencemanagingmultiple projects simultaneously in accordance with the PMI PMBOK methodology, to include project initiation and planning, managing project budgets, leading project teams, and customer engagement at multiple organization levels. Candidate must be able to obtain a US Security Clearance if required. Will be expected to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) to support project requirements on anas-needed basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple simultaneous projects with various government entitieswith a focus on complete customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that project scope is completed within budget and within the period of performance
  • Reliably follow established internal procedures and consistently adhere to project documentation requirements
  • Develop project planning and communications documents
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules utilizing MS Project
  • Proactively and consistently communicate internally and externally, to include status meetings, kickoff meetings, project reviews, and presentations, in person and via phone/MS Teams
  • Identify, proactively manage, and track all project risks with a focus on avoiding issues
  • Manage and effectively resolve all project issues to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Manage and determine impact ofallproject change requests utilizing Tribalco and customer process(es)
  • Manage project billing milestones and ensure customer invoices are submitted timely and accurately
  • Track and manage individual project finances and reconcile monthly with corporate project control
  • Maintain project reporting and tracking documents in accordance with company and division policies and procedures
  • Develop and deliver presentations tocustomers
  • Manage and maintain relationships with all levels of subcontractors and vendors
  • When directed, develop and/or contribute to the development of pricing and proposals for new opportunities
  • Provide pre-sales support, assessments, documentation, and technical guidance
  • Represent Tribalco by ensuring that projects are managed and completed in an efficient and professional manner
  • Maintain a professional, businesslike demeanor in all interactions while representing Tribalco, to include customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members

Required Skills:

  • 3 to 5 Years of project management experience with contract values of$1Mor more
  • Minimum of 2 years of Government contracting experience
  • 3 to 5years of experiencewith managing contractors and vendors
  • Experience withProject Management methodologiesas detailed in the PMI PMBOK
  • Solid grammar and writing skills
  • Excellent verbal skills and demonstrated ability to quickly develop good relationshipswith customers, vendors, contractors, staff, and management
  • Ability to remotely manage multiple projects utilizing available technology
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Ability to effectively translate customer requirements into proposal and quote documents
  • Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems
  • Analytical ability and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork while focused on results

Education & Training

  • PMP certification required
  • Four (4) year degree required
    • In lieu of a 4-year degree, a minimum of (7) years of project management experience
