Did you know that the average TSS swim instructor makes over $18 per hour with our bonus structure? In fact, we have 10 instructors making over $20 per hour with bonus right now (see below for details).

Our gentle hands-on curriculum grants each swimmer the opportunity to receive award-winning instruction in a personal environment. Our class sizes are small with 1-2 students per instructor per class.

Benefits

• Monthly bonus ($4-8 more per hour)

COVID-19 considerations:
We provide plastic masks similar to a welders mask that our staff wears in the pool while teaching. They are lightweight.
