The Account Manager is responsible to provide day-to-day coordination and scheduling of active personnel. This individual provides professional and friendly customer support between our clients and our employees. This position requires the individual to ensure the appropriately qualified and amount of staff is available for each work shift.
Essential Job functions: Work with our clients to monitor their staffing needs. Call active employees to fill open positions. Inputs, confirms, and verifies schedules, ensuring all open shifts ae staffed. Timely communicate any changes to schedules or daily assignment. Ability to be on-call evenings and weekends as required for after hour calls and scheduling modifications. Document attendance issues with current active employees. Communication is the KEY to be successful in this position.
Position Qualifications: Education-High school diploma. Experience in call center and or customer service/sales is preferred. Medical experience or staffing experience a plus. Proficient interpersonal skills skills to maintain lasting relationships with our employees. Self-motivated, extremely reliable and detailed orientated. Effective communication, both orally and in writing. The ability to multi-task pleasantly and effectively. Be capable of maintaining effective working relationships with residents, family members, department heads and fellow associates. Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality. Accept other duties as assigned.
