What We Have:
The Project Manager manages cross-functional Enterprise project teams through all phases of projects, hardware, and systems development life cycle (SDLC). Uses project management methodology (PMBOK) and tools to ensure scope definition, requirements, and project objectives are on time and on budget. Communicates project status to the team through regularly scheduled status meetings. Works closely with all stakeholders in creating a Project Charter, ROI, project risk analysis, developing business process flow diagrams, creating project requirements, design specifications, testing, implementation, and post-assessment.
