Tri County Metals is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative in our Trenton Branch. The Customer Service Representative will serve customers in person and on the phone at branch locations. The CSR will help assist customers with loading materials with a forklift when necessary. The CSR will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The CSR will handle many calls per day, qualifying prospects, makes notes for follow up sales opportunities and closing sales.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Type 35 wpm
• Strong computer skills

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 7:30a - 4:30p
• Off Weekends
