Description

Under the direction of the Janitorial Supervisor, performs basic janitorial functions throughout the clinic locations to include minor grounds keeping activities. The janitor cleans walls, lights, fixtures, and furniture in all assigned areas of the Clinics to maintain an aseptic environment and prevent healthcare-associated infection using standard cleaning procedures and chemicals. Cleans, waxes, extracts, and maintains floors, carpeting, and stairwells and assists with heavy cleaning throughout the Clinic sys

Requirements

Work Experience: 1 year of custodial or janitorial experience preferred.

License/Certifications: Current WA State driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to use cleaning materials and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to observe health and safety regulations. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
