We are looking for another Great Dough Hero to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. This role is an entry-level position that blends customer support and inventory control. To be successful, this person will utilize innovative thinking to create seamless supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Input and process customer orders
• Utilize customer forecasting and ordering systems (SAP)
• Secure and schedule freight for outgoing loads of product
• Partner with the accounting team on customer billing
• Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules
• Learn inventory management
• Retain all support documentation for compliance purposes

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication - professional and personable interaction with various audiences including customers, internal partners, third-party vendors, etc.
• Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERPs, CRMs, and SAPs is a plus

Physical Environment:

• Office environment typically - seated, fine motor manipulation of keyboard and phones
• May lift up to forty (40) pounds of weight occasionally
• Walking and standing in warehouse environment often, which can be varied temperatures
