We are seeking an experiencedaccountingmanager for a challenging opportunity within our accounting team. This position will support thecontroller and manage the close process, keeping it movingbyidentifying target points that are(or aren’t) met, then working with individual people as needed. Thispersonmust understand accounting conceptually and be able to follow control guidelines within GAAP to ensure that these guidelines are followed. Theywillwork specifically with the team as needed to field questions on transactional data and processes, in addition to owning the process of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Theywillwork with thecontroller to addressallquestions in the financialsbeforethe financials areissued.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and prepare financial statements with supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
• Facilitate and complete monthly close process and procedures, working with the team closely on deadlines and tasks
• Analyze revenue and expenses, ensuringthatthey are recorded according to GAAP guidelines
• Facilitate monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including preparation, review,and working with the team to ensurethatthese are completed per internal timeline
• Assist with annual audit
• Assist with documentation and monitoring of internal controls

What You Have in Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree inaccounting or finance
• Five-plusyearsofaccounting or financeexperience required
