Overall responsibility: Lead and mentor product development teams through their development increments, as well as, non-Agile methodologies. Facilitate team discussions to promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation to move projects to completion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Be a subject matter expert in agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) for product development teams and across the enterprise to ensure the team is successful.
· Provide team support using a servant leadership style whenever possible; and leading by example.
· Coordinate meetings necessary for Scrum or Kanban.
· Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
· Guide the team in addressing their risks, impediments, and dependencies that may hinder project success.
· Assess the maturity of the team and coach them to higher levels of maturity.
· Support the product owners in maintaining their backlogs.
· Work across departmental silos to address issues negatively affecting product delivery and project success.
· Measure team performance and product progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
· Assist with the integration of new tools such as Aha! and Jira.

Requirements
Minimum Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of three (3) years of experience. Or High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of eight (6) years of experience in the field.
Company / Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in banking, credit union, financial services industries, or data analytics is strongly preferred.
