DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall management and efficiency of project 
• Provide leadership and to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships of the on-site staff and to promote a positive project morale
• Have a thorough and complete knowledge and understanding of the General Contract, each Subcontract, the contract drawings, plans , specifications and addenda, and to assist the Production Manager in the development of the on-site procedures
• Input daily log reports , upload project pictures, inspection statuses and customer notes 
• Assist the Production Manager and the Scheduling Manager in the development and refinement of the Project Schedule, and to work with the Production Manager to keep the schedules properly updated, and to see that the job meets the various required dates
• Coordinate, direct, monitor, with Production Dept. , (project specific as required) inspect the activities of the Subcontractors, Suppliers and Treeium’s labor and material.
• Verify that each Subcontractor has completed his contractual requirements (PDA’s) as a condition precedent to beginning his work at the jobsite. 
• Ensure all required permits or licenses have been obtained, and that a weatherproof bulletin board is installed on which all required safety notices are posted.
• Review stages of completion for Production to approve Subcontractor’s requests for payment.
• Manage and facilitate conflict resolutions between customers, sub-contractors and Production Dept.
• Stop work if necessary to resolve matters that affect safety, quality and/ or inhibit the logical progress of work.
• Continues a high level customer service experience for customers 
• Responsible for all project to be cal osha compliant (i.e , drinking water, first-aid kit hard hat, safety training)
• Obtaining numerous bids from subcontractors on different trades (to be approved/monitored by the PBM
• Other Duties, as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum AA Degree, OR Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction field, required

• Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record

• Physical requirements include sight, hearing, and standing, kneeling or crouching in awkward or uncomfortable positions, possibly outdoors or in unheated/cooled areas indoors, for long periods of time 
• Knowledge of best practices in the construction industry
• Basic tool and material knowledge
• Ability to multitask
• Leadership Skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work with numerous subcontractors in an efficient manner

• Home Improvement Salesperson Registration (H.I.S), subject to approval

COMPENSATION 

Base Salary: $60k-$70k , DOE Bonuses!
