Description
Summary
A Project Manager/Estimator provides on-site coordination for completion of contracted scopes of construction work, including coordinating subcontractors, materials and equipment, and employees. This position provides direct supervision of the physical construction of the project scopes of work in strict accordance with contract documents and safety requirements, monitoring that work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
This position also performs various manual tasks in support of project completion. These tasks require specialized skills (e.g., broad understanding of construction plans and specifications).
Starting at $70,000, depending on experience.

Supervisory Responsibility
The project superintendent will supervise all project crew members on a daily basis. This supervision shall ensure adequate staffing is available for each task and compliant work performed. The superintendent will supervise any Crew Foremen assigned to the project.

This position involves work at a commercial construction site where duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors. Employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, job site traffic, fumes or airborne particles, risk of electrical shock, risk of vibration, and loud noise levels. Personal protective equipment will be provided to mitigate safety risks.
An employee in this position is regularly required to:
· Demonstrate dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a tablet computer and various power and hand tools
· Stand and walk
· Use hands to finger, handle, or feel
· Reach with hands and arms
· Climb or balance
· Stoop, kneel, or crouch
· Communicate verbally and in writing with project team members
The employee is occasionally required to sit and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
