Overview:

Assist the Operations teams with data input and other office duties.

Responsibilities:

• Entering daily production/nonproduction information into (production software) for employees and subcontractors
• Entering job status updates and comments into the database.
• Entering equipment hours from daily time sheets
• Answer phones
• Filing, scanning, copying documents
• Other general office duties

Qualifications:

• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all staff/customers
• Strong attention to detail
• Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to follow instructions
