Job Purpose

As a Senior Product Designer at Travix, you will be instrumental in transforming the conceptual frameworks into innovative design solutions that resonate with our global audience. Your role is not just about creating appealing visuals; it's about understanding the "why" behind each design decision, employing robust framework thinking, and contributing significantly to our design system.

You will take complete ownership of a specific domain, working in close collaboration with product partners and engineers to shape and refine the user experience within that domain. This will involve defining and designing A/B test experiments to explore different design paths, aligning with our commitment to data-driven design excellence.

Your partnership with researchers will be vital, as you'll work together to uncover insights that answer the "why" behind user behaviour. These insights will then be utilised to inform and optimise design decisions, ensuring that our products are not only aesthetically pleasing but also deeply aligned with user needs and preferences.

Your role is a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strategic collaboration, as you strive to create design solutions that work on a global scale across different continents. With your expertise in e-commerce and conversion rate optimisation, you'll define the style, turn wireframes into polished designs, and review implemented designs with product and development teams across a wide range of product verticals.

Through continuous user tests and feedback, a focus on design quality, and an eye for optimisation, you'll pioneer excellence in our user experience across all digital touch-points. Your ability to present your ideas convincingly, mentor other Product Designers, and grow yourself and your peers will make you an invaluable asset to the team at Travix.
