We seek an experienced Network Administrator who is excited at the prospect of joining a team where our infrastructure and technology plays a critical role in our success. You will use and grow your technical skills while providing Over The Top (OTT) service to our business.Responsibilities Include:Administers and troubleshoots office computing systems and LAN/WAN infrastructureProvides hardware and software support to associates in office and virtualAdheres to and ensures compliance with physical and data security policies while implementing solutionsSupports the Telecommunications Specialist, including but not limited to:Configures and performs administrative tasks for Avaya IPO OfficeMaintains and supports virtual infrastructureInterfaces with telecom vendors as neededSupports the Technical Product Support Specialist including but not limited to:Handles complex GDS technical issuesProvides desktops, mobile devices and applications supportAnswers, logs and resolves Help Desk calls and related support ticketsSupports the System Architects, including but not limited to:Supports the backup systemsMaintains Active Directory, One Login and other IAM systemsSupports virtualization including VMware and AWSMentors and trains other network and support personnelPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications Include:Bachelor’s degree in computer systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Microsoft MCSE or equivalent work experienceCisco CCNA or equivalent work experienceFive years of LAN/WAN administration and desktop supportFive years of computer systems management and administration with VMware experience preferredHands on experience supporting virtual and mobile workforcesThorough understanding and experience of VoIP concepts and methodologies Detail and deadline oriented with strong customer service skillsAble to work in a team environmentHigh degree of initiative along with ability to work with minimal supervisionOther Important Information:This position is based at our Duluth, GA corporate office where you will enjoy interacting with your teammates everyday.
