Trash Butler is Hiring a Regional Sales Director Near Eugene, OR

Trash Butler is the sustainability expert and revolutionary doorstep valet trash service and recycling solution designed for multi-family apartment communities. We currently service over 200,000 units across 35 states in the country and has been voted one of the top amenities by residents and property managers. Position Summary:The Regional Sales Director works as an individual contributor under the VP of Business Development to achieve sales and profit goals within a designated region for Trash Butler. The Regional Sales Director will manage multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district. In addition, they will help design and recommend sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:· Generate new business by developing and cultivating existing relationships within the industry by networking and use of outbound lead generation techniques· Pull from industry knowledge, B2B sales experience and overall business acumen to develop, implement and oversee execution of a strategic plan for the sales/marketing function · Embody our core values: Building Leaders - Always Branding – Fun, Enthusiastic Team Environment - Listen, Fulfill & Delight· Collecting relevant competitors' market information to increase sales volume and market share.· Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume· Monitor competitor activities and stay abreast of market and industry trends and shift strategy accordingly· Attend industry events, affiliate with associations, and participate in other networking opportunities· Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential· Ensure effective use of technology within the sales process, including but not limited to upkeep of Salesforce· Identify and maintain relationships with national multi-family portfolio decision makers · Assist sales team with identifying, cultivating, and closing national portfolio accounts · Ensure client retention goals are met based on company guidelines· Keep up to date on industry trends and advancements· Other duties as assigned Qualifications:· 5-7 years’ experience in B2B sales · 3 years’ experience achieving sales and profitability goals as a vendor to the multifamily industry · Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration or Similar (Preferred)· Familiarity with Salesforce · Multi-family portfolio relationships highly desired· Business/financial acumen consistent with level of responsibility · Self-Starter with proven ability to work highly independently· Experience working remotely preferred· Strong Attention to Detail· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication· Ability to Multi-task and balance multiple priorities· Ability and desire to be able to travel up to 50% of the time Compensation and Benefits:Trash Butler offers a competitive salary plus significant commission potential.
