Position:
We are looking for a motivated AccountManager to join the Employee Benefits Service Team. We are growing rapidly, andthe opportunities are endless. Current responsibilities include dailyinteraction with clients, negotiating coverage terms, preparing, and presentingproposals, assisting with benefit administration systems, and addressingvarious client needs as they arise.
Responsibilities:
·Servicing and Marketing Group HealthInsurance Plans
·Preparing Proposals for Clients and Prospects
·Planning and Leading Open EnrollmentMeetings
·Assisting with Benefit AdministrationSystems
·Administering Ancillary Benefit Programs(dental, vision, disability, life, worksite voluntary benefits, etc.)
·Implementing Wellness Programs
·Self-Fundedexperience Required
