Our company is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform repairs, upgrades and installations of our products for in-office customers. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for following a detailed work schedule and performing repairs on a wide range of intricate machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Be a team player and accept the decisions of the team.
• Answer questions from colleagues and customers.
• Resolve issues to maintain a good working environment with customers and coworkers.
• Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• Understand current technology standards to properly service equipment.
• Follow company protocols in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
