What You’ll Be Doing Essential Functions Strong customer service and problem-solving skills to interact with all levels – from first line employees to executives and customersConsolidate and prioritize tasks to then, prepare and send weekly recapSet up and maintain customer filesCompile data for special reports and presentations into final document format (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Maintains organizational charts, department event calendars, email distribution lists, etc.Assist to distribute key announcements to large audiences and to check that communications are clear and error free Manage Concur account and Outlook calendar Read, respond and summarize e-mails on behalf of VP Serve as the point of contact to take and deliver messages Providing support to relieve management or staff of administrative details What We’d Like to See from You Required Fully proficient with MS Office, i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Must be capable of multi-tasking with ease in a fast-paced environmentRepresent TransPak and our customers well and professionally at all times Comfortable with travel requirements: Less than 25% Highly Desired1-2 years' experience in an EA or similar corporate administrative support roleProject Coordinator experiencePrior military experience as an Aide-de-Camp or S1Experience with PowerBI and TableauBilingual English and Spanish Interested but Concerned You’re Not Qualified?
