Job Description


The Program Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Program Director in the development of all TP Programs, with an emphasis on administrative tasks (ie. meetings, schedules, contracts).

Essential Functions

  1. Coordination with recreation on program schedules and activities
  2. Participation in planning and development meetings such as CIS
  3. Scheduling and contracting staff and vendors for program camps
  4. Assembling and deconstructing sets and activities

Additional Functions

  1. Assist in programming responsibilities: Hosting program groups, running chapels, training supervising and scheduling seasonal program staff
  2. Assist in staff development and training 
  3. Promotion of program camps when necessary (assist in marketing and recruiting)
  4. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

  1. Associate degree or equivalent of related professional experience
  2. Experience in effectively planning and running events
  3. Full agreement with the camp mission, values, and doctrinal statement
  4. Valid California Driver’s License

Physical Demands

  1. Abilities sufficient to carry out the essential functions of the job
  2. Ability to work in inclement weather (including reliable transportation)
  3. Ability to lift 50 pounds
