TransForce is Hiring a Territory Manager Near Houston, TX

Description

Your Opportunity:

Territory Manager position focused on creating business relationships in both TransForce Customers and New Business prospects in an assigned territory. Call on accounts over the phone and in person to increase incremental revenue in existing customer accounts and significantly grow new revenues. Work in conjunction with all of your internal partners and stakeholders. Follow up on all leads for accounts you are assigned to. Sales effort should be incremental to the field effort. Achieve annual assigned sales plan, working under guidance of your sales leader. Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in communications needed. Proven sales track-record with 3-5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, staffing and logistics industries.

The Day-to-Day Duties & Responsibilities:

  • TM Selling Position focused on customer retention and new business
  • Easily build quality customer relationships virtually or in person
  • Gain quick access to Key Decision Makers
  • Uncover client and prospect needs and challenge client to maximize their business results.
  • Assimilate product & technology knowledge to configure and quote all product solutions.
  • Maximize your resources by engaging the full breadth and depth of TRANSFORCE partners.
  • Understand the Transportation and Logistics Industry
  • Grow TRANSFORCE Revenue in current customer base by penetrating the account with new solutions
  • Good business acumen with ability to manage deals within financial parameters
  • Follow a prescriptive solution selling sales process

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience preferred
  • A minimum of three to five years of direct sales experience
  • Proven ability to acquire new customers
  • Proven ability to build sales strategies and sell cross-functionally across a portfolio
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; particularly Excel and PowerPoint
