Description
Job Purpose:
The Recruiter will partner and collaborate with branch personnel, Regional leadership, Regional Recruiting Coordinators, Compliance Department, and clients to ensure hiring goals are achieved and retention rate of Drivers is maximized.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy: Understand and implement ES’s strategic plan to deliver sustainable revenue and profitability growth
Sourcing of quality applications in quantities which allow TransForce to meet company hiring goals
Interview and sell drivers on Employment Solutions
Collaborate with the branch Operations team to ensure all levels of branch management are involved in the retention of our driver
Communicate professionally verbally and in writing, both internally and externally to instill trust and confidence in ES

Generally works in an office setting; some travel may be required. On call support may be required on nights and weekends.
