We are looking for a Driver Recruiter with strong recruiting, and customer acquisition skills to join our trucking staffing company. In this role, you will use our ATS to find candidates, pre-screen applicants to ensure they meet DOT and company standards and schedule interviews. Our ideal candidate will also partner and collaborate with branch personnel, Regional leadership, Regional Recruiting Coordinators, Compliance Department, and clients to ensure hiring goals are achieved.

Additionally, TransForce has already launched the TF1 motor carrier portal with the expectation to onboard hundreds and then thousands of motor carriers.
