Overview

Transdev U.S. has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Human Resource Directors and local HR Partners to recruit and hire management level positions
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Partner with Human Resource Directors on preparation and recruitment strategies for new business start-ups
  • Source and screen viable candidates using various search methodologies; build and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Provide consistent and timely communication with hiring managers, HR Directors, applicants/candidates throughout all phases of the recruitment and selection process
  • Facilitate the onboarding processes in conjunction with HR Directors and hiring managers
  • Establish and maintain relationships with professional and community organizations to attract passive and diverse talent
  • Attends professional organization and community-based activities and events where appropriate
  • Analyze and report on data to evaluate sourcing strategies

Qualifications

  • Ability to convey employee value proposition
  • Solid communication skills, with the ability to convey information to various levels of the organization
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, organizational skills, and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
  •  Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 7 years’ recruiting experience in corporate recruiting setting
  • 10-15% travel

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • Drug testing (including cannabis) and background check
