This is a full time role where you are expected to report to the UX Research Manager. 

Responsibilities: 

• Able to support your team such as the Product Managers and Product Designers across many teams. You will support them throughout product discovery, validating designs, developing journey maps, and you will serve as the voice of our customers in the engineering and product groups
• You will be prioritizing research and maintaining a roadmap. Provide transparency to the product team
• Conduct, plan and scope research from one end to the other as a primary researcher
• Help to motivate other members of the team and provide support throughout their own research process. 
• Record and share insights with the product team and provide opportunity for other members of the team to regularly engage in the research
• Become an expert in the subject with a deep understanding of the jobs that need to be done- You will clarify them through journey maps and share them across the organization

Requirements: 

• You have 3-5 years of UX research experience and are a T-shaped researcher. You have expertise in onsite and remote user research plus a broad set of skills in survey design, ethnography, quantitative research and more
• You are a people person who enjoys interacting with different people and is an active listener while also being able to provide excellent customer service skills 
• Inspiring storyteller and an excellent communicator to diverse audiences. 
• You can provide a portfolio of past work experiences and deliverables
