Key Responsibilities:

• Provide world class client service to Trans Ova Genetics Clients using established business protocols.

• Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate team members.

• Work closely with several different production teams to provide a system for scheduling Trans Ova’s services, including Embryo Transfer and IVF.

• Identify prospective clients, qualify their interests, and provide follow up.

• Provide leadership on the Client Service Team for scheduling the satellite center network of IVF collection sites.

• Communicate with key personnel in assigned accounts.

• Develop a full understanding of the advanced reproductive tools offered by Trans Ova Genetics in order to guide clients’ decision-making on their utilization.

• Assists in the collection of accounts receivable.

• Assist with tours and events at the Trans Ova Genetics facility, help with planning for trade shows, and work with the marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns.

• Assists clients and herdsmen in the incoming and outgoing movement of donors
• Processes and submits blood samples for testing on incoming and outgoing animals.
• Reviews completed test results, reports results to Recipient and Donor Herdsmen, and enters information into company database.
• Sends out donor test results to animal owners on all incoming donors.
• Processes bloodtyping and D.N.A. tests when requested by donor herdsmen.

• Maintains familiarity with interstate animal movement regulations.
• Prepares, processes, and submits interstate health papers accurately and timely.

• Codes billing slips and reconciles lab billing statement at month end.

• Implements a system of tracking animal shipping orders that are incoming, processing, outgoing, and completed and communicate such processes with appropriate herdsmen.

• Handles semen and embryos in a safe manner so as not to compromise cell viability.

• Maintain organization and assist in the shipping and receiving area to make sure that clients receive the supplies or products produced.

• Assist herdsmen, semen sorting department, in receiving, distributing, and shipping semen.

• Follows Trans Ova’s policies and procedures.

• Maintain a professional image reflective of Trans Ova’s branding objective including, but not limited to appearance, dress, conversations and decision making.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or 1 – 3 years’ experience in an ag-related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

Indoor, farm-type office environment with exposure to cow working areas.

10% seasonal travel may be required.

Other skills/experience:

Knowledge of the bovine industry and bovine reproduction highly desired.

Specific knowledge regarding the beef cattle industry highly desired.

Desire to work in a high paced, team setting.

Ability to contribute to a positive work environment.

Proficiency with a computer including Excel, Power Point and Word are required.

High degree of professionalism.

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Ability to work with limited supervision.

Strong client focus both on the phone/computer and face to face.
