Job Description 

The Systems Analyst will work with our GovCon client.

Clearance 

• Must be able to pass a High Risk (6c) Public Trust Security Screening per contract requirements
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain various project documents for the application, including user’s guides, security plans, configuration plans, use case diagrams, etc.
• Complete weekly and monthly status reports.
• Assess changes proposed to the system and create impact analysis to provide to the client
• Meet with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements to support approved changes to be made to the system
• Assist with supporting NIST-based security assessments.
• Attend weekly meetings with the client, partners, stakeholders
• Produce meeting agendas before meetings and record meeting minutes to disseminate to team and client after each meeting
• Work closely with the team to capture and maintain a database of all issues, action items, and project tasks
• Maintain SharePoint project document repository
• Create test cases, test plans, and test summary plans
• Test the System’s software applications for each patch, upgrade, and installation and provide a testing status report of all the defects to the Project Manager and Technical Lead.
• Provide Tier III support to clients, application systems, partners, and stakeholders
• Create and manage application accounts for system administrators
• Assist the technical team with monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting software and system logs
• Effectively present and communicate ideas both internally and with clients

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of business/system analysis
• Experience working with systems based in Linux, Windows Server 2016, and Windows 10

• 3 years of experience working with the federal government
• 3 years as a Business Analyst
• Some college or Business Analyst experience
• Business Analyst Certification (such as ECBA or CCBA)
• Experience working with web applications and client software applications
• Knowledge of NIST and Security Standards
• Experience working with Selenium

Education 

• High School Diploma is required, some college coursework preferred
