The Salesforce Technical Architect will work with our GovCon client.

Responsibilities:

• Client is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect who is passionate about advising customers and development teams in establishing a strong architectural governance framework for an enterprise-wide Salesforce Digital Transformation Center.
• The Solutions Architect will support the establishment of architectural standards, working collaboratively with the Customer IT organization and teaming partners.
• Work with the Project Manager and customers to stand up the governance, processes, and tools to establish the Digital Transformation Center.
• Collaborate with technology, business, and other software delivery professionals to problem-solve individual Clients’ needs and business challenges through sound architecture designs.
• Present ideas and solutions to Clients and their stakeholders to plan new architectural frameworks and strategies for meeting requirements around integrations, security, and business needs.
• Bring thought leadership in anticipating new features that should be considered in future DTC product roadmaps, as well as staying ahead of new federal and agency mandates impacting the DTC platform.
• Provide quality oversight over all DTC technical architecture designs and outputs.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have experience orchestrating solutioning sessions that provide sound, practical, architectures for new applications that provides consistency and common architecture components across the enterprise. 
• 5 years experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect
• 5 years experience as the lead Architect on a large-scale Salesforce implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience standing up a Salesforce center of excellence or delivery center at an enterprise scale.
• Listen to Clients and delivery teams to seek to develop a scalable, extensible architecture platform that will stand the test of time
• Proactively communicate to Clients and Groundswell leadership on architecture ideas, needs, and options.
• Broad knowledge of Salesforce best practices for enterprise implementations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 

Education 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a combination of training, certifications, and experience 

Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Architect in (one or more of the following):

  • Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect -or-
  • Certified Application Architect -or-
  • Certified System Architect 
  • Agile certification preferred (not required).

Travel Requirements:

This position will involve no travel.
