The Data Architect will work with our GovCon client.

Responsibilities:

• You will be leading the Data team to help guide the modernization of critical government systems. Partnering with government experts, you will help lead the team to deliver and support quality data solutions that span legacy and new applications. You will design large-scale, complex data architecture solutions and guide a team through successful implementation.
• Applies expert knowledge of client's operations to the modernization of multiple applications within the client's Supervision and Consumer Protection lines of business.
  • Lead the design and execution of data solutions that support application modernization efforts, particularly integrating with low-code tools
  • Analyze legacy data implementations for migration and redesign
  • Partners with government experts to help lead the team to deliver and support quality data solutions within an Agile delivery framework.
  • Provides expert support, analysis, and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes with minimal direction.
  • Provides technical direction, interprets requirements, and performs analysis of alternatives. Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (written and verbal).

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders on progress and blockers to meet project timelines and deliverables

Qualifications:

• Four years of experience in a related field supporting data architecture.
• Possesses expertise and wide experience in the application of relevant principles, theories, and concepts.
• Extensive experience with data design and architecture principles
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 

Education 

• A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
  • An additional four (4) years of experience and an Associate’s degree or an additional 8 years of experience and a high school diploma or GED may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
• A Master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
• A Doctorate degree may be substituted for 1 year of experience
