Job Description
The Technical Recruiter will work with our Business Relationship Managers and Account Manager to fulfill recruiting needs for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities
- Source for candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and ZipRecruiter
- Act as a point of contact for candidate phone screens and quality submissions that make it to our client
- Format and edit submissions to match and meet clients’ recommendations
- Collaborate with the team for any questions and follow up needed for candidates
- Update recruiting and project trackers daily to remain current
- Attend recruiting meetings and trainings
Qualifications:
- Two (2) to four (4 ) years of recruiting experience
- Ability to actively source for candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn CareerBuilder, and ZipRecruiter
- Ability to use an ATS and provide weekly recruiting updates to leadership
- Interdepartmental collaboration and agility in deliverables
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
