Job Description 

The Agile Scrum Master will work with our GovCon client.

Clearance 

• Active Secret clearance is required - Do not apply without an active Secret clearance or higher. Candidates with no clearance will not be considered,

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities:

• You will also be applying your skills as a Scrum Master. Working with the team to coordinate planning activities, running the Scrum, scheduling demos and retrospectives and ensuring that roadblocks are mitigated.
• You will use metrics and take actions to improve the team’s velocity over time while working with other teams on the program.
• You will also work with the Product Owner to coordinate the team's activities in JIRA as well as work hand in hand with the Release Train Engineer.
• As Scrum Master, you will facilitate meetings and proactively guide the team to meet schedules and making sure what is planned is what gets done on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:

• Strong C and/or C# SW and Object-oriented development experience
• Previous SW Development experience using Agile Methodologies

Knowledge and Skills:

• Cost Account Management experience
• Strong communication skills with a proven track record
• Strong Problem-Solving experience
• AEHF Mission Planning software development experience
• Test Automation for unit test and integration test experience, continuous integration
• Scaled Agile Framework

Education 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a combination of training, certifications, and experience 

Certifications

• Certification for SAFe OR Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Travel Requirements:

This position will involve no travel.
