Position Summary:
Project Associates work closely with Project staff and as well as TRG Administrative, Business Development and Finance Team members to support client-facing activities in 5 main categories:
learning event coordination and support:
Currently, TRG is looking primarily for candidates with experience and an interest in event coordination. While this will be the primary focus of your work, candidates can also expect to work across the other listed support areas as their interest, availability, and skills allow. While Project Associates often support several of these support areas early in their time at TRG, as they gain experience, they generally choose to focus on 1 or 2 of the categories.
Project Associates are skilled at working collaboratively and managing up. They enjoy variety and learning about new subjects. They are organized, detail oriented, and skilled at time management. They take pride in their work and play a key role at the company, serving as conduits to share the knowledge and tools they’ve gained across the client systems they support.
The Project Associate should be based in the D.C. area. TRG employees can work from home or our offices in Arlington, VA and will also be expected to occasionally come to the office, client spaces, or event venues as client needs require.
