Commission Range: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 your first year. The range varies greatly as is the nature of sales. The more motivated you are and the harder you work, the higher your commissions. A typical agent with us starts at about $50,000 their first year, abut $75,000 on year two, then about $125,000 their third year. There is no limitations however, you can double these numbers if you work hard enough.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchasing insurance with the ''Heart of a Teacher''
• Advise clients through email, phone, text and chat messaging as needed.
• Prepare quotes for new and existing customers.
• Document customer interactions in agency management software.

Requirements

• Property and casualty insurance licenses required. An insurance license can usually be attained within 3 weeks if your not currently licensed.
• Working knowledge of computer software: Microsoft Office products, DropBox, Customer Management Software.
• Great communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Be self-motivated, we are looking for a self starter. Having the desire and drive to succeed is what is needed more than anything else.
• Willingness to coachable and follow a proven process.
• Must live in CO, AZ, ID, WA, UT.

This position is remote and most agents work from home, however we do have an office location if you like to work outside the home in Littleton, CO.
