This role requires a results-oriented, customer-centric professional who will lead the customer experience
provided by the Business Development Team. This position is responsible for initiating.
contact with prospective clients in the Trailer/Marine/RV market. It starts with building and supporting the
day-to-day processes and requires someone who is highly motivated, self-disciplined, poised to continually
address opportunities and maintain our high standard of the Business Development Team. This position will
report to the location in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Job Responsibilities
Cold outreach to key contacts in trailer/marine/RV industry (Dialing 50-100 clients per day)
Utilizing phone, email, text messaging to establish product demonstrations for the sales team
Updating our CRM, Salesforce, with contact data from our prospective clients
Updating notes within Salesforce
Working effectively with our external clients and internal resource Setting goals and developing plans
for business and revenue growth
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Researching prospective accounts in target markets
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
Training business development staff
Attending conferences and industry events
Provide immediate resolution for support inquiries, otherwise seek Product Owner for resolution or escalate to development.

Experience-Education
Prior business development experience
Prior management or leadership experience
Ability to understand/learn our software
Prior customer service experience a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, set priorities, juggle multiple projects, and handle frequent interruptions
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and with minimal direction from others
Bachelor's degree in business management preferred
