What You'll Do:
As our Logistics Coordinator, you will effectively coordinate the day-to-day logistics operations for both Traeger and our customers while moving shipments by the most cost-effective means. Responsibilities include using multiple TMS systems, tracking shipments, filing claims, driving key metrics, and pushing process improvements. You will communicate with many individuals both internally and externally, to ensure freight is routed, shipped, and delivered on-time to our customers.
How You Will Help Us Win:
- Route orders through multiple TMS systems for national retailers and ensure information is passed to the 3PLs
- Assess, diagnose, and report on fulfillment and transportation performance
- Analyze and improve Vendor scorecards
- Assist with communication and support for transportation, 3PL and fulfillment partners
- Analyze and assign routing with the most cost-efficient carrier for all orders and transfers
- Create and ensure shipment documents are complete for all international orders
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 1-2 years experience ideally with a transportation background
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong organization and communication skills
